*The Door Corps is the collective name we give our Hosts and Hostesses in the restaurant. The primary purpose of the Door Corps is to begin a great Customer Experience by personally welcoming each Customer that walks in. Simply put, the Door Corps makes each and every Customer feel like they are at home. You will also be responsible for ensuring that each waiting Customer is seated as quickly as possible and taking care of them while they are waiting for their table. This includes directing Customers to the coffee bar, presenting menus, and holding a friendly conversation. In essence, you are responsible for helping make Waffle House an exciting, fun, and quick dining experience for our Customers.
