We are currently looking for a Marketing & Proposal Coordinator to join our team at Wagman Construction. As a full-service general contractor, Wagman Construction facilitates growth and development in senior living, healthcare, higher education, urban, institutional and industrial markets in central Pennsylvania, Virginia and Maryland.
The Marketing & Proposal Coordinator will work with the Marketing & Business Development Team and Senior Leadership on a variety of projects to support strategic pursuits and marketing initiatives. The Marketing & Proposal Coordinator will balance multiple projects from concept to completion and champion the coordination of content and production of proposals, presentations, award submissions and related marketing projects.

Job Responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with team on strategy to draft, edit and organize responses to solicitations and other qualification package requests. Working with the pursuit team to interpret what the RFQ/RFP documents require, identifying win-themes and differentiators, and compiling a persuasive and compelling proposal that meets the needs of the RFP and addresses all questions.
- Managing timelines to ensure all deadlines are met.
- Conducting interviews with key team members to write creative project narratives for use in project profiles and other materials during the lifecycle of the project. Developing and maintaining employee resumes and project profiles.
- Developing and enhancing marketing descriptions and text for use in marketing materials.
- Creating and maintaining collateral materials such as executive summaries, brochures, fliers, postcards, project photos, as well as advertisements and promotional mailers and emails.
- Maintaining project data in the firm’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.
- Utilizing social media channels to support the Wagman marketing strategy; monitoring and engaging with teaming partners, clients, and industry organizations via social media.
- Coordinating marketing events including registrations to events, meetings, speaking engagements, seminars, trade shows and exhibits; maintaining marketing events calendar and matrix and related promotional activities.

Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe InDesign, and Photoshop.
- Knowledge of layout and graphic design principles.
- Knowledge of RFP Structure and proposal process
- CRM experience preferred
- A/E/C industry experience preferred.
