Commercial Superintendent

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent to join our construction team. As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate all construction activities on-site

- Manage and oversee subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to project schedules and specifications

- Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and schematics

- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders

- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards

- Collaborate with project managers to develop construction schedules and budgets

- Conduct construction estimating and budgeting activities

- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Prolog, and HeavyBid to track project progress and manage documentation

- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction projects

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry

- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials

- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills

- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and contract documents

- Strong budgeting and cost control skills

- Exceptional problem-solving abilities

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
