- Help oversee the daily operations of the garden center, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Manage and supervise a team of sales clerks, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Facilitate training to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Maintain organizational standards and procedures for optimal performance.
- Develop strategies to ensure a capable and motivated workforce.
- Assist the manager in various administrative tasks as required.

- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in a garden center or related industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and employees.
- Leadership qualities to inspire and motivate the team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Horticulture knowledge
-Must be able to lift 50#’s and be able to be on your feet all day.
