At Wagon Wheel, highly skilled attorneys and closing professionals conduct and coordinate our real estate closins. Wagon Wheel offers a full array of real estate title and escrow services to purchasers, sellers and lenders on real estate related transactions. We have extensive experience in all of the following transactions:

  • Purchase and/or sale of residential or commercial property
  • Refinancing of residential or commercial property
  • Equity lines of credit
  • Title searches and title reports
  • Construction loans
  • Investment property transactions, including Section 1031 exchanges
  • For sale by owner (“FSBO”)
  • Distressed property transactions, including foreclosures, short sales, and bank-owned property (“REOs”)

Wagon Wheel Title is an agent of Chicago Title Insurance Company. Founded in 1847, Chicago Title is the nation’s largest title insurance company and is the market leader for title company and escrow service underwriting in Tennessee.

**Please note that while we have offices in East Nashville and Green Hills, this position would mainly take place in the Cool Springs/Franklin area.**

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for generating new business through outbound communication.
  • Identify new sales leads in their specific territory.
  • Directly assisting internal and external (real estate agent clients) to help grow the relationship.
  • Identify new sales leads using data sources that are provided.
  • Call “warm” leads to help generate new business for the company.
  • Ambassador with objectives to increase profit, revenue, and market share by cultivating new and existing relationships with real estate professionals.
  • Must be comfortable in cold calling (Call “cold” leads to engage), engaging clients and networking situations via methods.
  • Attend in office meetings to work hand in hand with management on goals and relationships.
  • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events with objective of marketing company and services.
  • Meet quarterly goals that are set by leadership.

Requirements:

GED, high school equivalent

Sales experience required.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
