Responsibilities
- Understands our culture and does whatever it takes to create a positive and memorable guest experience.
- Guiding guests through menus while demonstrating a thorough knowledge of the food, beverages, and ingredients.
- Makes food recommendations to guests and answers all menu and service-related questions.
- Taking accurate orders and partnering with team members to serve food and beverages that meet or exceed guests' expectations.
- Follows company policy in handling guest allergies/intolerances, ensuring our guests receive "safe" meals.
- Properly rings in all items served to guests.
- Providing friendly and attentive service that makes guests feel well taken care of and builds their intent to return.
- Provides accurate checks to guests, accepts payments, and completes all appropriate transactions.
- Handles guests' complaints by listening to their concerns, always informing a manager, and resolving issues to ensure overall guest satisfaction.
- Thanks guests as they leave and invite them to return to return.
Hospitality to your Team
- Arrives to work on time as scheduled, well-groomed and in the proper work attire, and ready to work.
- Clocks in and out as scheduled.
- Demonstrates a helpful, positive attitude at all times to guests and team members.
- Completes all assigned tasks and duties assigned by managers/supervisors.
- Follow proper cash out/check out procedures before leaving at the end of a shift.
- Assists fellow team members as needed to ensure our guests receive the highest standard in food, beverage, and hospitality.
- Inspects restrooms, dining room, and wait area, cleans as needed, and reports any unsafe conditions to maintain safety and sanitation standards.
- Assists in tasks to ensure a clean, sanitized, and safe restaurant.
Minimum Requirements
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.
