Real Estate Appraisal firm looking for a full-time valuation analyst in Fairhope/ Daphne AL. to support senior appraisers and possibly training to become certified as residential appraiser (certification track 1-2 years). We are looking for a high energy, Cognitive/Practical/Independent individual motivated to action by analyzing data and solving complex valuation puzzles according to their training and assisting other appraisers with solutions as the result of brainstorming sessions. The right person will join a well-established company in fast paced environment. The position provides salary structure and attractive benefits package.

Job Description

  • Eagerly learn the science and art of real estate valuation industry.
  • Conduct research on real estate to assist mentor appraiser.
  • Analyze specific real estate for value driven characteristics and determine appropriate corporate solution
  • Review and assess and understand technical appraisal report weaknesses based upon company assessment techniques.
  • Apply corporate best practices strategies formation of defensible value opinion
  • Ability to organize conflicting priorities.
