Position Highlights: 

• Sign-on Bonus: $15,000 sign-on bonus eligible position for qualified candidates!  
• Shift Schedule:  Full time, Days (7am - 7:30 pm) or Nights (7pm - 7:30am), with every 3rd weekend rotation
• Departments: 7 North Med Surg or 7 South Medical Telemetry
• Location:  High Point Medical Center

What You’ll Need: 

1. Patient/Family Centered Care: Utilize the nursing process to deliver compassionate care, placing patients and their families at the center of every decision. Conduct thorough assessments, develop nursing diagnoses, identify outcomes, plan interventions, and coordinate care to promote optimal health and wellbeing in accordance with the policies of WFBH. 
2. Patient Discharge & Referrals: Participates in multidisciplinary discharge planning referrals to hospital and community resources as needed.
