Wake Radiology UNC REX Healthcare is the leading provider of outpatient medical imaging in the Triangle.   As a Radiologist-owned company, we take pride in our 14 outpatient imaging offices equipped with cutting-edge imaging equipment.   We're currently seeking a Business Development Associate to join our team.

What You'll Do

The Business Development Associate will be responsible for managing relationships with physicians, hospitals, and their teams. This role will execute physician outreach, foster referral development and clinical integration, and facilitate onboarding for employed referral sources.  This individual will conduct research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities.  

What We're Looking For
Five (5) or more years of proven track record of meeting sales targets and achieving goals.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse stakeholders.
Proficient in CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
Highly motivated, self-driven, results-oriented with great follow-up skills.
Knowledge in one or more of the following healthcare specialties: nuclear medicine, diagnostic imaging or sonography preferred
Self-starter, goal-driven approach with great follow-up skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and overcome objections
