The Learning Platforms team under Enterprise Business Services is hiring for an experienced and well-qualified subject matter expert to help us develop technology to support our associates learning experience.

As an associate in the Enterprise People Technology organization, you will help inspire and collaborate with a team that will build a reimagined Walmart associate experience. The digital products your team will help envision, design, and build will be a part of transforming the Learning Experience at Walmart.. Your team will lead several high-visibility and highly strategic initiatives that will leave a legacy at Walmart.
How You'll Make an Impact:
Responsible for executing the engineering strategy and agile development lifecycle for Learning. This critical role will partner with the respective product owners, business segments, and UX to design and build products that delight associates and are intuitive to use. As an engineering associate, leading the development of software solutions across key segments of the Walmart business, engineering excellence is at the core of this role. You and your team will build and maintain enterprise-wide digital products, while ensuring they're designed to be adaptable to the unique needs of each segment.
