Job Summary

The Content Production Coordinator participates in the creative development and production of content in the TV, digital, radio, print and social spaces. Coordinates and attends Walgreens Brand content shoots. In addition, they coordinate creative development, production, and approval process of branded content for advertising and owned media. Reviews all media creative copy to ensure compliance with Company policies, laws, and government regulations and investigates new media creative content direction to enhance brand image and messaging for Walgreens.

Job Responsibilities
  • Collaborates with creative agencies through creative development and production process while acting as liaison with marketing to assist in the planning and develop. Implements creative executions for the company and acting as brand ambassador. Ensures effective collaboration amongst creative and media partners.
  • Supports the production procedures of video content through activities such as securing of set location, props, products, images, and wardrobe needed for commercial and integration opportunities with agencies, production companies, District Managers, and Store Managers.
  • Collaborates with Marketing business teams on proper and relevant consumer messaging for media vehicles purchased by the company through continual updates and dissemination to all involved agencies and ensures final messaging is trafficked accurately and timely, ensuring proper approvals for all content has been secured prior to live dates.
  • Enters and tracks production estimates/invoices in Walgreens’ billing system.
  • Reviews all media creative copy to ensure compliance with Company policies, laws, and government regulations; investigates new media creative content direction to enhance brand image and messaging for Walgreens. Ensures production deliverables are trafficked on-time and in accordance with pre-set guidelines and each initiative are in compliance with authorized brand standards, guidelines, and allotted fiscal budget. Responsible for obtaining management approval of broadcast media creative executions produced for and by Walgreens and ensuring proper message rotations are provided.
  • Contributes to the enhancement of the creative production process for assigned initiatives to ensure tactical plan is executed on time, meets brand quality standards, is appropriate for media vehicle and target, and intakes all media creative development and production requests from internal and external parties.
  • Uploads assets and metadata into our DAM.
  • Collaborate with the internal program management team.

Basic Qualifications
    • Bilingual (Spanish Fluent, spoken & written) Required
    • Familiarity with Asset management systems
    • High School/ GED at least 1 year of broadcast and/or digital content production experience

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Public Relations/ Communications/ Media/Video Production.
  • At least 1 years’ experience coordinating the activities or writers, directors, mangers and other personnel throughout the production process.
  • At least 1 year experience monitoring postproduction processes to ensure accurate completion of details and managing production crews.
  • Experience communicating both verbally (on phone, one-on-one, to groups) and in writing (emails, letters, reports, presentations) to various audiences (work group, team, company management, prospective acquisitions, external clients).
  • Experience developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels within an organization.
  • Experience with project management (for example: planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives).
  • Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.
  • Experience establishing & maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, in the business community & with vendors.
  • Experience with MS Office Suite
  • Bilingual (Spanish Fluent, spoken & written) Required
  • Familiarity with Asset management systems
  • High School/ GED at least 1 year of broadcast and/or digital content production experience
