Walker Healthforce is seeking a Technical Business Analyst for a healthcare client located remotely. This is a contract position.

• Understands business and technical needs for digital products and operational workflows.
• Conducts cost, benefit, and risk analysis, recommending alternative solutions throughout the product life cycle.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to articulate and document business and system requirements.
• Translates business requirements into technical/engineering specifications, acceptance criteria, and system validation.
• Guides Engineering/IT with technical specifications for the final product design and build/acquisition.
• Assists in coordinating the deployment of deliverables and provides input for product documentation.
• Applies systems engineering methodologies throughout the product and project lifecycle.
• Researches, analyzes, and validates accurate business and systems requirements.
• Establishes scope boundaries and plans work scope estimates and schedules.
• Identifies and defines problems through root cause analysis, proactively bringing solutions.
• Interprets vended solution architecture for integration into engineering/technology systems.
• Understands and helps define product implementation change management requirements.
• Applies business strategy to assigned work and communicates overarching product strategy.
• Documents business, operational, and technical requirements for teams.
• Applies system and analytical thinking methodology.

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• 3 years of experience
• Expertise in external advertising, including selling advertising and working on technical business requirements and proposals
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders holding diverse opinions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in routine monitoring and mitigation of voice-of-customer advertising user experience feedback
• Hands-on experience with analyzing and documenting strategic ad implementation within videos
• Competency in analyzing and evaluating advertising revenue forecasting, potential patient revenue loss, SEO/user experience/content migration impacts
• Capable of developing strategies and technical/business requirements for phasing out programmatic Google Adsense ads and phasing in personalized ads
• Proficient in conducting thorough analysis of all marketing landing pages and resource centers to enable a smooth transition to Adobe Experience Manager
