Walker Property Management is looking for reliable, Full and Part Time Skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our team! On-Site training offered to the right candidates. Positions available Immediately. $18-$26/Hour for Skilled Maintenance. Wage tiers based both on skill and experience. Our Skilled Maintenance Crew is responsible for doing repairs and renovations on apartments and homes. Experience in HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical are a plus.

Job Requirements:

  • Valid Driver's License
  • Cell Phone preferred
  • Ability to lift 50 or more pounds.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
