Walker’s Renton Subaru has an immediate need for internet response agents. The automotive sales industry is going through massive changes with an ever-increasing percentage of customers preferring to begin the shopping/buying process online rather than traditional methods. We need motivated, organized, customer service-oriented salespeople. Each internet response agent is provided daily leads of customers actively looking to buy a car. This position is not a sales position as the employee will not be dealing face to face with potential customers. The focus of this position is the provide customers who have reached out the dealership via the internet with the answers to their questions and to set appointments for the sales staff to work with. The role is very customer service centric as the internet response agent is going to be the customer’s first impression of the dealership and the beginning of customer’s car buying experience. We believe that good long-term internet response agents are an investment for the future success of the company. This attitude is reflected with our pay plan (salary commission volume bonuses) which is one of the best in the business! We always look within the company first when a higher-level position becomes available with several of our department managers having started out in entry level positions.
