The ideal Technical Recruiter will possess:
- Minimum of 1 yr. recruiting experience is ideal.
- Exceptional communication skills and a self-starter with a strong sense of urgency.
- Competitive person who possesses exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- "Hates to lose" mentality with a capacity to evaluate and respond to multiple requests.
- Proficient with MS Office and web-based computer technologies (ATS, CRM, etc.).
- Goal oriented with an entrepreneurial spirit with a metrics driven mindset!
- Please note this is not a corporate Human Resources position!
Required qualifications include:
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree is required within communications, business or healthcare (preferred).
