Skilled Drywall- Construction Worker

Required skills and qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction or related field mandatory
• Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Commitment to doing quality work while putting safety first
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as needed (50 lbs min.)
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Drywall- Installing, Repairing and Finishing
• Will be required to do other projects as assigned.

Duties:

• Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and possible hazards.
• Load or unload building materials to be used in construction.
• Use own tools to complete work given in Scope of Work
• Operate power tools and hand tools to complete assigned tasks
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans
• Complete light electric wiring, plumbing, framing, and other construction components
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
• Adhere to quality standards and ensure work meets specifications

• Must have references

Schedule: Full-time, 1099 employee- this is a non contracted position, this is a full-time 1099 postion with plenty of work.
