We are currently seeking a full-time Business Development Professional focused on identifying and connecting with potential clients across the Atlanta market. The objective is to strategize on increasing business opportunities, strengthen industry relationships and gain exposure for Wallace. If you are skilled and passionate about helping companies to grow through targeted business development programs, we would love to meet you.
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and motivated self-starter with a minimum of 3-5 years experience in business development and/or marketing for an A/E/C firm. Experience with business development for a professional services firm outside of the A/E/C industry will be considered.

Responsibilities:
- Generate ideas and action plans to strengthen relationships with current and prospective clientele
- Cultivate relationships with targeted prospective clients
- Research and gather information on prospective clients and projects
- Communicate and collaborate with marketing and business development professionals across One Wallace
- Manage client relationship management (CRM) database
- Active involvement in professional industry organizations as needed
- Attend industry conferences as needed
