Wallboard is looking for an enthusiastic, quick learner, who specializes in working closely with potential clients during the pre and post sales process. This role will be responsible for performing software demos, creating proof of concepts in a sandbox environment, as well as project and account management. With each different use case, demonstrations are custom tailored towards the client’s needs and require an in-depth understanding of Wallboard’s capabilities. Wallboard, we want to ensure that they are satisfied and using the system to its fullest. This role will be engaging with clients to promote best practices and help them achieve their digital signage goals.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Provide custom tailored software demonstrations for potential clients in a sandbox environment
- Act as a technical resource during pre and post sales by working with clients
- Become familiar with our software offering, integration possibilities, as well as learning all new developments
- Create proof of concepts for potential clients based on their needs and use case
- Draft scopes of work for custom projects outlining the requirements and deliverables
- Engage with current clients to ensure satisfaction and discuss new digital signage initiatives
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1 – 2 years of experience in sales engineering or a related field
- Bachelor's degree or 4-year equivalent required
- Knowledge with Windows and Android operating systems
- Capability to learn a software/hardware and demonstrate it in its entirety
- Proficient written/oral communication and e-mail etiquette
- Experience managing projects and maintaining current accounts
- Preferred: Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and graphic design
- Work in a friendly environment

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
