About the Role: As a Digital Strategist, you will work collaboratively with our Digital Marketing team to define and execute comprehensive, multi-channel digital strategies. Your expertise in managing a diverse portfolio of clients and your ability to develop effective marketing strategies will be key to our success.
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team. You'll work closely with our Digital Strategy team to assist in implementing tailored marketing strategies for our team. This role is perfect for someone looking to gain experience in managing client portfolios and developing multi-channel marketing plans. Strong communication skills are a must. On a day-to-day basis, the Digital Marketing Coordinator will:
- Assist with the implementation of digital marketing strategies, including, but not limited to:
- Search engine optimization (on-page, technical, local, content)
- Paid advertising (search, display, social, video)
- Conversion rate optimization
- Attend client meetings, communicating and coordinating details internally and externally.
- Work collaboratively with our developers, designers and project managers to create stunning websites and digital experiences
- Develop industry-specific expertise to share relevant recommendations with clients
You’ll be successful in this role if you…
- Have exceptional written communication skills
- Have some experience with GA4. You don’t need to be an expert, but you should know your way around
- Have experience drafting copy, whether it be for meta descriptions, ad copy or website content
- Are familiar with Google Tag Manager
- Have a beginner knowledge of search engine algorithms and white hat SEO techniques and some experience with implementation
- Are familiar with SEO tools including SEMrush
- Are familiar with how to set up and manage paid advertising campaigns. Specifically on Google Ads, Meta Ads or Bing Ads
- Are familiar with Conversion Rate Optimization
Bonus points for:
- Google certifications (Analytics, Google Ads Search/Display/Video, etc.)
- Additional language skills (i.e. Spanish or French)
- Experience with Looker Studio
- Experience with advertising on hospitality industry-specific platforms such as TripAdvisor, OTAs (Expedia, Booking.com) and metasearch
- Experience with industry-specific technology (SynXis, TravelClick, Revinate, The Hotels Network, TripTease, HotelChamp, etc.)
