Position Summary... What you'll do... Come join our Investigations team, we are the Government response team for Global Investigations. We conduct research from multi-channel feeds to build investigative reports and evidentiary files for internal and external stakeholders. Position is based in Bentonville, AR. You will make an impact by: Conducting research to provide data-based insights and recommendations regarding potential impact of incidents, escalation procedures, and accuracy of data by monitoring and collecting data from multi-channel information feeds; interpreting quantitative and qualitative data from multiple sources to determine business impact; analyzing and using data to determine potential impacts, risks, and escalation points related to business concerns; understanding similarities and trends of incoming and identified business disruptions or risk factors; and identifying root causes of data trends and developments and understanding their relations. Assembling investigative files and evidential packages for internal and external stakeholders by identifying evidence requirements; establishing the method and means to gather evidence; gathering and cataloging evidence; interpreting results for business partners; communicating rationales for collecting and maintaining evidence or research data; and presenting evidence to legal counsel and leadership for review. Managing the identification and communication of potential threats, vulnerabilities, and risks to the business by providing a centralized intake resource for internal and external stakeholders; understanding the various types of requests from multiple sources; confirming evidence of new threats or fraud that could affect the business; communicating and providing expertise to the business on response protocol; and developing reporting formats and programs to generate standardized and ad hoc reporting updates for leadership. Supporting cross-functional assignments and investigative projects by understanding the needs of the business; creating tools, queries, and innovative methods to support initiatives and build investigative intelligence for criminal investigations; collaborating with project teams to support the business; providing guidance and data analysis support; testing and piloting solutions; recommending solutions to key stakeholders; determining the best delivery methods of solutions; and providing assistance with investigative process improvements. You will sweep us off our feet if you have: Experience with SQL, Teradata.
