Job Overview:

We are seeking a Consumables Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with their consumable product needs, providing exceptional service, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Responsibilities:

- Assist customers in locating and selecting consumable products
- Provide product information, recommendations, and demonstrations
- Process customer transactions accurately through the POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Monitor and replenish stock levels on the sales floor
- Upsell additional products to enhance customer experience

Qualifications:

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Prior experience in technology or technical sales is a plus
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
- Knowledge of appliance sales or related products is beneficial
- Experience in conducting product demonstrations is preferred
- Familiarity with grocery store operations is a bonus
