Digital Personal Shopper

Overview: We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Personal Shopper to join our team. As a Personal Shopper, you will assist customers in finding and purchasing products that meet their needs and preferences. Your exceptional sales skills and knowledge of retail operations will contribute to providing an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities: - Provide personalized assistance to customers in selecting products based on their preferences and needs - Offer product recommendations and provide detailed information about features, benefits, and pricing - Assist customers with trying on or testing products - Process customer transactions accurately using cash registers or other payment methods - Maintain a clean and organized shopping environment - Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer's shopping experience - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers Experience: - Previous experience in technical sales, retail sales, or wireless sales is preferred - Proficient in cash handling procedures and operating cash registers - Strong understanding of retail math and ability to perform basic calculations - Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish (bilingual candidates preferred) - Ability to effectively upsell products and services - Knowledge of jewelry sales is a plus We offer competitive pay rates and provide opportunities for career growth within our organization.
