Looking for experienced AP/Loss Prevention/Security
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Asset Protection Associate. As an Asset Protection Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our company's assets, employees, and customers. This is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires strong investigative skills and the ability to effectively handle conflicts.

Duties:
- Conduct criminal investigations into theft, fraud, and other incidents
- Utilize CCTV and other surveillance equipment to monitor and identify potential security threats
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and shrinkage
- Write detailed reports on incidents, investigations, and security breaches
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary
- Monitor employee compliance with company policies and procedures
- Respond to emergencies and provide assistance as needed
- Conduct regular audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend security improvements

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of criminal investigation techniques
- Possession of relevant certifications in asset protection or loss prevention is preferred
- Proficient in operating CCTV systems and other surveillance equipment
- Excellent report writing skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with law enforcement protocols and procedures
- Ability to effectively use conflict management techniques
- Keen observation skills with the ability to identify suspicious behavior or activities
