What you’ll do:
- Provide strategic and operational support to the Home Office (International Support Team), Global Sourcing, International Technology and Market teams
- Drive strategic People initiatives in alignment with International business strategy
- Drive informed decision-making and ensure resolution of critical issues by partnering with senior leaders to identify goals, success criteria, assumptions, risks, and known issues within the business; create communication strategy and content; educate sponsors, stakeholders, and executive leadership on program requirements; and develop and implement a program management life cycle.
- Drive program management process improvement by overseeing and/or conducting gap analyses; evaluate and determine practicality of improvement opportunities; develop improved processes based on best practices and standards; ensure alignment of process improvement with department and company strategy; gain buy-in and approval from leadership on process improvements; and oversee the implementation of processes.
- Interpret and utilize information for one or more initiative work streams by using various analytical methodologies; develop solutions within business areas that reduce cost and meet business goals; prioritize assignments; ensure accuracy of business data; recommend program changes to stakeholders based on data; and persuade cross-functional teams and stakeholders to implement changes.
- Evaluate program performance by comparing projections to actual results; identify and analyze key performance indicators and trend data; review customer response and feedback from key stakeholders; identify and address cross-functional program and project issues; collaborate with teams across the company to leverage processes to increase service and product capabilities; and recommend adjustments and process improvement ideas to leadership to meet deliverables.
- Drive the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs; develop and communicate business plans and priorities; remove barriers and obstacles that impact performance; identify performance standards; measure progress and adjust performance accordingly; develop contingency plans; and demonstrate adaptability and supporting continuous learning.
- Promote and support company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others in their use and application; ensure compliance with them; and utilize and support the Open Door Policy.
- Ensure business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consult with business partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders; solicit, evaluate, and apply suggestions for improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness; and participate in and support community outreach events.
