As a Retail Remodel Project Lead in our regional retail stores, you will:
- Lead a team of managerial professionals as well as hourly associates
- Manage the implementation of project plans by identifying plan requirements
- Collaborate and communicate with other stakeholders about project obstacles, timelines and alignment with corporate strategies
- Direct associates in the execution of project plans
- Ensure all project requirements are met
- Demonstrate and apply up-to-date expertise to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices
- Coordinate, complete and oversee job related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
- Support plans and initiatives to meet costumers and business needs
- Identify and communicate goals and objectives
- Builds accountability for an measuring progress in achieving results
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans

Retail Remodel Project Lead Requirements
- 3 years experience in project management (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Bachelor's degree in leadership or management
- Leadership skills (required)
- Experience supporting a team with HR related administrative tasks (required)
- MVR (Motor Vehicle Record), background check, and drug screen
- Project Management Certification (Preferred)
