How do our Service Admin Drive Impact?
Our Service Admin will be someone who wants to be the key communicator that keeps the service department running smoothly. Some of the responsibilities would include:
- Ensuring all paperwork is completed appropriately for our internal and external customers.
- Maintaining manufacturer specific and up to date knowledge on the products and services available.
We're Looking For:
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- High level of detail orientation and accuracy while having the ability to multi-task, handle frequent interruptions, and shifting priorities.
- Proven experience working alone and within a team environment.
- Familiarity with using Microsoft Office and being able to utilize other computer programs as needed.
- This position will require you to move around the dealership and is not limited to sitting, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting.
