Disney Resort Concierge-Third Shift Cast Members create magic for our Guests by anticipating their arrival to The Walt Disney World Resort. As a Disney Resort Concierge-Third Shift Cast Member, you will welcome and attend to our Guests during the overnight hours. The Disney Resort Concierge-Third Shift will use a mobile device or computer to help Guests with check-in, check-out and other services including itinerary planning and Guest Service Recovery.
Resort Concierge H/H Cast Members receive a starting rate of $15.70/hour. 3rd shift Resort Concierge Cast Members will be paid a $.60 shift differential.

Basic Qualifications :
- Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this role
- Maintain safety of our Guests while operating vehicles, including with passenger
- Driver's license from any state
- Knowledge of routes & roadways to destinations within the Walt Disney World Resort®, including Theme Parks, Water Parks, Resorts, and Disney Springs
- Verbal and interpersonal communications skills
- Part Time roles require full availability for any shift, a MINIMUM of three (3) days per week, including nights and holiday
- Full Time roles require Full availability for any shift, seven (7) days per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays is preferred
