What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cashier/Food Prep position at Walt’s Market?
Walt’s Market is looking for dedicated energetic individuals to join our team as front end worker/cashier . The right candidate will provide fast, friendly, helpful, and efficient service to all of Walt’s Market customers. Experience is encouraged but will train the right individual.
Job Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Operate the register including cash and credit card transactions and scales
- Answer any customer inquiries, and use your knowledge of store, layout, and product information to give directions as needed.
- Assist customers with bagging and carrying products as needed
- Maintain a clean work environment, keeping register clear for incoming customers
- Stock produce, products, and bakery items as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends
