Waltco, Inc.is looking for drivers to come be a part of our expanding team! If you are someone who enjoys working on your own and being behind the wheel, we have the perfect opportunity for you!
We are looking to fill our first shift PART TIME FLOATING delivery driver position with a positive, hardworking, and reliable person.
Routes run Monday through Friday approximately 3 hours in the morning from 8:00am to 11:30am plus sorting and 1 hour in the afternoon from 3:30pm to 4:30pm on route. Saturday 8:00am to 2:30pm route is also part of this position. Start and end times may vary depending on the amount of freight.
Additional fill in routes may also be available along with dock work and sorting duties.
*These routes do not require a CDL License to drive.
Successful Candidates will have the following:
*A Regular Driver's License with a clean record. A Probationary Driver's License will not be acceptable for hire.
*Can lift up to 75 lbs. We do have dollies and hand carts to help but we do have to load and unload the vehicles by hand.
* A sense of urgency. We have a schedule to keep and our customers expect us to keep our times for delivery in a safe manner.
