Conflict Processor /Client Files Coordinator
Conflict Processor will input and perform quick or extensive conflict searches depending on the requirements of the search needed on a timely basis. Analyze and advise firm’s general counsel as needed during the conflict resolution process for appropriate approvals, decisions and waivers.
Client Files Coordinator portion of the position will be responsible for maintain database of files both on-site and off while tracking chain of custody. Follow Firm’s file retention policy by tracking closed client files to determine when to return to client, retain, store or destroy.
Essential Duties and Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Input and process conflict parties into conflict search data base
- Review and analyze results of conflict search
- Advise and work with firm’s general counsel as necessary during the conflict resolution process for appropriate approvals, decisions and waivers
- Utilize and assist attorneys/staff with ESI review platform and processing environment.
- Work with attorneys/staff to set-up new review platform databases to meet their needs.
- Load incoming data and images into review platform databases.
- Serve as primary contact in resolving end-user issues related to the review platform.
- Provide training on the use of review platform.
- Perform custom queries and create reports of data in the review platform or processing environment.
- Review data for accuracy and modify as necessary throughout the project’s lifecycle.
- Perform scanning of selected documents for loading into the review platform.
- Perform quality checks on images and data produced by vendors and follows-up as appropriate.
- Produce quality work product that is accurate, neat and thorough in all documentation and loading.
- Assist with case assistant responsibilities as appropriate (processes documents and related material; assist with the assembly of exhibits and related documents; performs various quality checks).
- Utilize firm procedures and resources appropriately to ensure efficient delivery of work product.
- Perform other duties, responsibilities and special projects as assigned.

- Exceptional written and oral communications skills. The ability to approach individuals at all levels within the firm with confidence and clarity
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational, time management and interpersonal skills
- Excellent computer skills, including Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience with conflict databases
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Adhere to strict confidentiality standards (keeps confidential all information concerning firm matters and clients).
