Financial Analyst, Blue Crane

Job Description

Blue Crane, a development and real estate company headquartered in Bentonville, Arkansas, is seeking a skilled, highly motivated, and entrepreneurial/self-starter to join the Finance team. The ideal teammate will have the demonstrated ability to support stakeholders in a multi-disciplinary role.

What you would do

• Analysis: Transform data into meaningful insight helping to improve performance and overall sustainability of the company
• Financing: Leverage a network of partners to help execute our debt strategy
• Forecasting/Budgeting: Aid in the development of cash forecasts and property/operating budgets
• Operations: Help create management processes to improve the customer experience while optimizing returns
• Reporting: Extract and transform data to build, manage, and share impactful reports and insight to stakeholders across the organization
• Development Underwriting: Partner with the Development team to create Investment Committee models and memos
• Investments and Joint Ventures: Assist in underwriting and managing potential and existing investments and with third party partners

What we’re looking for

Qualifications required for your success

• 5 years of real estate experience in finance, banking, or accounting
• Experience with full cycle real estate financial analytics
• Fundamental understanding of accounting, finance, and commercial/residential real estate principles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Precise attention to detail is critical
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial approach to problem solving
• Ability to multitask and handle shifting priorities at any given time
