Job Posting for Assistant Manager - Computer Operator at Wampold Companies

Full-time administration position for Leasing Agent. The job description includes but may not be limited to the following duties.

Assist the Community Manager with the day-to-day operation;
Positive Resident Relations;
Participate in routine Manager/Assistant Manager on call schedule and assure of adequate after hour’s coverage at all times;
Assist Maintenance Supervisor in the placement of orders for supplies and services in Community Manager’s absence.
Submit unpaid balance information to Credit and Collections Department and submit all Credit Loss entries
Leasing, Marketing, Move In and Move Out Computer data input.
Assist with completion of Weekly Property reports, vacant utility reports
Assure that bank deposits are made daily without fail when funds are on site.
Monitor rent collections and issue applicable notices in a timely manner.
Telephone & In Person Sales Presentations;
Aware of and practice Fair Housing regulations and policies at all times;
Other duties as assigned
