Interior Renovation Positions
Wampold Companies has built a solid reputation of proven performance in property management. We are looking for Interior Renovation Workers to join our team!
The ideal candidates will be a professional, dependable, and have the required knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience of each position.
1) Carpenter Helper: Basic knowledge of carpentry tools.
2.) Finisher Carpenter: Experience installing cabinets, trim, doors, moulding, etc.
3.) Painter: spray, brush, roll, stain, and clear coat, general carpentry, interior work, basic set of tools
4.) Drywall/Sheetrock Finisher: Proficient drywall repairs, skill in compound/ sanding/ painting/ complete finish work, general carpentry, a set of basic tools, interior Work
5.) Electrician: Rough-in / trim out, replacing light fixtures, ceiling fans, outlets, devices, troubleshooting
6.) Plumber: 5 years minimum experience in multi-family plumbing renovations, well-rounded trades person, rough-in, trim out, tub installation, kitchen and bath plumbing fixture installation, work independently and productivity, strong communication, safety oriented work ethic.

Hours: 8:00 - 4:30, with ability to work overtime and Saturdays if needed
