Required Qualifications
This position requires a valid state-issued license to work in the cannabis industry (e.g., MED Badge).
Compensation and Benefits
This position is exempt from overtime pay due to computer employee exemption.
This position regularly works normal business hours, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week. Please confirm with the supervisor regarding the expected working schedule.
Work Environment
This job is a hybrid position that operates in a professional office environment and remotely. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Infrastructure Management:
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure.
- Ensure the security, availability, and performance of all IT systems.
- Project Management:
- Work closely with the IT director to plan, execute, and finalize IT projects within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.
- Process Documentation and Improvement:
- Collaborate with the IT director in documenting IT processes and procedures to enhance transparency and knowledge sharing.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the IT department.
- Networking Experience:
- Preference for candidates with networking experience.
- Manage and optimize network infrastructure for optimal performance.
- Vendor Management:
- Work closely with the IT director to evaluate and manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
- Security and Compliance:
- Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience (5 years) in IT management roles.
- In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and security.
- Project management experience with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Experience with Ecommerce, SAP B1, Salesforce, Office 365, Intune, and networking is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth experience managing ERP systems.

Compensation and Benefits
- Annual compensation commensurate with experience from $70,000 - $105,000.
