MISSION:
Work closely with the Director of Marketing & Brand to oversee and manage the flow of creative campaigns and projects across all marketing channels. This role will also manage our gift with purchase program and work closely with the marketing and product development teams to source products for key campaigns.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Creative & Marketing Project Manager is responsible for managing the flow of creative work across all marketing channels, including email, SMS, organic and paid social ads, website landing pages. In addition, this role will manage our marketing gift with purchase program and will source products and manage the GWP process for any marketing campaigns.
This is a hands-on and fast-paced position requiring individuals to have a passion for retail, fashion, e-commerce, and creative. The best fit for this role is an individual who has a “dive in” mentality, is always willing to flex and hustle to drive the business forward.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Asana Project Management:
- Work with our Marketing Assistant to ensure all creative project requests are inputted into our project management software, Asana, correctly.
- Set all project timelines and properly assign tasks and due dates to the appropriate team members based on level of priority and delivery dates.
- Ensure project cards are accurate and contain the correct direction, links, images, and any other information needed to complete each task.
- Work closely with the photo team to align on retouching due dates.
- Prioritize and manage all deliverables and due dates through Asana, adjusting any changes as-needed.
- Partner with the Marketing & Brand Director and marketing channel owners to communicate any project shifts to various stakeholders.
- Report out on any productivity KPIs as-needed.
- Gift with Purchase (GWP) Management:
- Partner with the Director of Marketing & Brand and Chief Marketing Officer to outline the 2024 Gift with Purchase needs.
- Manage the relationship with potential product partners & vendors.
- Write product POs, manage product creation in internal systems, work with internal teams to communicate any GWP information, monitor tracking and results.
EXPECTED OUTCOMES:
- Creative projects delivered on-time to meet company goals and KPIs.
- Effective cross-functional communication.
- Produce and/or source on-trend GWPs that drive marketing campaigns and key KPIs.
REQUIREMENTS:
Deep understanding and hands-on experience with project management and the creative process. Balances creativity & innovation with the strong ability to manage multi-faceted projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with creative teams to produce design, copy, or photography and understands how they work together to meet marketing goals and outcomes.
- Strong ability to map out project timelines, budgets, and scope of work while communicating any changes with stakeholders and keeping a close eye on project timeline, workloads, and objectives.
Proven skills & competencies needed to be successful in the role within the Wantable culture & values.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-3 years of experience working with marketing and creative teams in a project manager or coordinator role.
- An understanding of the creative process and how copy, design and photo work together to produce outcomes.
- Ability to work some nights, weekends & holidays as needed.
- Comfort bringing order to chaos

This position can be partial or fully remote; however some mandatory meetings and events will need to be scheduled in person at our Headquarters in Milwaukee, WI as directed by your supervisor.
