Description

We are looking for a Furniture Showroom Associate for our Honolulu Showroom at 704 Ala Moana Blvd, Honolulu, HI 96183.

  • Maximize sales opportunities through both showroom and eCommerce channels.
  • Provide outstanding customer service before and after the sale
  • Answer customer requests in a prompt and respectable manner while maintaining a high level of service at every touchpoint.
  • Passion for building client relationships in tandem with an interest in furniture and design.
  • Be able to create personal action plans to achieve sales objective
  • Maintain displays keeping the furniture looking it’s best with regular cleaning
  • General showroom maintenance including watering plants
  • Process customers’ orders accurately using POS system
  • Develop and build a customer-centric environment with the focus on initial purchase to final mile delivery.
  • Demonstrate conflict resolution and strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Maintain up to date product knowledge
  • Keep informed about top-selling items, new items and core items.

Compensation: $17-23 per hour, DOE

Requirements

  • Must be available to work rotational weekends.
  • Must have at least 1 year of sales experience (cashiering does not count).
  • Must be available to work evenings and mornings, 4 to 8 hours per day.
