THE TEAM

Three great concepts, one amazing team. Totally Toasted takes grilled cheese and flips it on its bread. Layers of melty cheese and fresh toppings are smooshed between two pieces of locally baked bread and grilled to perfection. Too cheesy? Totally. The Loading Dock is a no-frills spot for a shot and a beer. Canned and bottled beer from breweries across the country, served solo or with a shot of whiskey. Camp Cocktail Bar brings the outdoor atmosphere inside inviting you to sit back, relax and take it all in with a drink in hand. There’s something at Camp Cocktail for every taste.

THE PLAYER

You will serve customers with the consistency and quality of food that they expect from our establishment and work as a team to create a memorable dining experience for all of our guests.

EVERY DAY, YOU WILL

• Know and understand all menu items (including portion size, cooking method, and quality standards); assume 100% of responsibility for quality of products served
• Timing is everything; refine your efforts to get all tickets out in an appropriate amount of time
• Maintain a clean, stocked and organized workstation
• Open/close the kitchen following the opening/closing station checklists. Assist others as necessary when opening/closing
• Arrive promptly and in full uniform for all scheduled shifts
• Assist with putting away deliveries when help is needed
• Have fun; leave baggage at the door; arrive with a positive attitude ready and willing to help create a positive experience for our guests

Requirements

YOU WILL BE GREAT AT TOTALLY TOASTED/THE LOADING DOCK/CAMP COCKTAIL IF

• You have knowledge of: basic math skills (add, subtract, make change), legible handwriting, customer service skills and demonstrated oral communication skills
• You can lift up to 50 lbs.

YOU ARE A VARSITY TEAM PLAYER IF

• You have one year of kitchen experience

YOU MUST ALSO HAVE

U.S. Work Authorization (required)
