We are looking for a part-time Operations Associate to assist with the daily operations of our Account Management team!

***This is a part-time, entry-level position with opportunity for a flex schedule, looking for 3-5 hours each day between 12pm - 5pm CST***
What You’ll Do
- Assist WarehouseQuote Account Managers in daily operational tasks
- Work alongside the Account Management team to complete the daily tasks that require action
- Order creation via WarehouseQuote’s Portal and/or order import template & label generation using predefined data
- Communicate outstanding tasks to Account Manager at the end of shift
- Ensure the accuracy of internal and external data and submit in a timely manner to key shareholders
- Communicate exceptions regarding operational tasks to the Account Management team

Who You Are
- Proven ability to understand, navigate, and execute data entry within various systems (WarehouseQuote Portal, Microsoft Excel’s order template, 3rd party portals)
- Ability to balance requests and Standard Operating Procedures for no less than 3 clients, directed by the Account Manager
- Ability to work remotely and accomplish tasks with minimal supervision
- Experience with troubleshooting issues & self-solving
- This is not a full-time position
