Customer Service Representative / Data Entry
We are a growing distribution center in Tinley Park, IL and we are looking for the right person to join our team. If you meet the following criteria and have a friendly and helpful personality we would like to meet you.
2 years minimum of customer service experience is required
Excellent communication skills and a pleasant, helpful personality are a must!
Ability to organize and multitask is a must! This is a fast paced position that requires focus and attention to detail.
Job Overview:
Communicate with customers via calls and emails
Receive customer orders and input into our inventory tracking system
Respond in a timely manner resolving customer inquiries
Work directly with the warehouse manager to assure paperwork is ready for shipping & receiving
Our family business atmosphere is comfortable and friendly.
Casual dress.
Hours are 7:45am - 4pm Mon- Fri.
Paydays are every Friday

Starting Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hr
