Voceon and its affiliates have well over fifty years of experience providing expert service and repair for new commercial and public safety two-way radio communication systems, IP video surveillance systems, access control systems, vehicle cameras & body cameras.

As an authorized service center for the industry’s top manufacturers, Voceon excels in after-the-sale service and technical support.

Seeking a career-oriented business development professional who is motivated, organized, and has a desire to help customers do what they do best. You will be supporting existing accounts while helping sell new commercial and public safety two-way radio communication systems, IP video surveillance systems, access control systems, vehicle cameras & body cameras.

Voceon Communications is a small organization with a family-friendly culture.
We provide a base salary plus a competitive commission structure. The most successful sales rep will be one that is interested in selling our top-notch products that provide solutions to our customers.
Our sales team brings their own personality and style to the sales process. We will teach you the product lines and general and effective sales techniques. Our sales reps use terrific sales tools and our management team is supportive and encouraging!

Warner Communications Corporation, headquartered in St. Louis, has been delivering public safety and commercial grade two-way communications in addition to security technology solutions since 1962. Voceon is one of our companies operating in San Antonio, TX. This position is in the San Antonio area.

Major Responsibilities
Create new sales opportunities among businesses and government clients.
Prepare/conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, proposals and sales/customer service correspondence.
Build positive relationships with prospects, clients and referral sources.
Meet quotas by converting prospects into clients.
Qualifications for Success
Experience selling two-way radio technology products a plus but not necessary.
Strong comfort level with technology and technical products.
Desire to succeed and willingness to continue learning.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to provide high level of customer service and client-focused mindset.
Comfortable building relationships with clients at all levels of the organization.
