The Job
WarnerMedia Ad Sales seeks a Marketing Assistant to join the Marketplace Image and Experience team. An integral part of the group, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the logistics of various projects, supporting the larger team in the development and execution of marketing tools, communications, strategies and events that directly lead to WarnerMedia’s successful Upfront and scatter negotiations. The Marketing Manager should act as the backbone of the MIE team, supporting teammates efficiently, effectively and accurately.
The Daily
Aligned closely with the trade and content marketing teams, the Marketing Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Provide administrative support to the VP, Directors and Managers, including:
- Meeting scheduling and prep (calendar coordination, agendas, meeting rooms)
- Travel and expense management
- Ordering office supplies any necessary gifts

Create and manage team resources, including:
- Marketing calendars
- Production timelines
- Planning documents
- Content trackers
- Recap decks
- KPI reporting and archiving
- Assist with budget management and invoices

Attend and assist with internal meetings
- Prepare agendas
- Provide notes
- Handle communications between teams (internal and external)
The Essentials
- Minimum 1-2 years related work experience and familiarity with marketing, advertising and/or entertainment.
- Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented team player with ability to successfully multitask and meet demanding deadlines
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication skills
- Professional maturity, integrity and discretion while handling confidential documents and internal information
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Enterprising with the confidence to take initiative and anticipate team needs
- A desire to learn and grow
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline; major in marketing/advertising or communications a plus
