Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architect to join our team at Warren Architecture. As an Architect, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of architectural work, from initial planning to overseeing construction. You will bring your expertise and passion for design to deliver innovative and functional solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality, innovative, and functional design
• Develop and maintain client relationships, identifying their needs and putting together feasibility reports and design proposals
• Create detailed blueprints, specifications, and models, and make necessary corrections
• Manage projects within budgets and timelines, ensuring compliance with building codes, guidelines, and regulations
• Collaborate with construction professionals, including engineers, contractors, and builders
• Stay up-to-date with architectural trends, advancements, and industry standards

Requirements and Skills:

• 
  Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
• Strong portfolio showcasing artistic skills and creative vision
• Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules and regulations
• Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, 3D Studio VIZ, or similar
• Excellent drawing skills, visual awareness, and attention to detail
• Strong communication, project management, and leadership skills

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $30.00 - $45.00/hour.
