The YMCA of Greater Cleveland is looking for Program Instructors at several of our regional locations. You'll work in our Pathways Childwatch programs to create positive, nurturing relationships with children while building cooperative relationships with their parents and caregivers. All this with the freedom to create adventures and have a lifelong impact!
The Pathways Instructor is responsible for planning and delivering effective activities in the designated youth program areas for YMCA members and program participants. This role will have direct responsibility for providing age appropriate activities in Pathways and assisting with family nights.
Certifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 16 years of age
- 1-year working with children, youth programming experience is a plus.
- CPR and First Aid certification and Safety training required within 90 days of hire.
- Completed the Red Cross Babysitter Certification if under the age of 18
