Responsibilities
- Follow and enforce all Clubhouse and Pool / Cabana rules and regulations
- Enforce and encourage safety
- Manage and oversee all lifeguards and pool deck
- Schedule open and closing duties
- Supervise swim meets and events
- Maintain pool cleanliness
- Test pool chemicals and keep up with boiler room maintenance
Requirements / Skills
- Lifeguard Certification
- AED Certification
- Age 18 older
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent judgement and decision making
