We are currently accepting applications for the position of Human Service Worker (HSW) to provide mental health support services to individuals at our Vantage Point North (VPN) program.
VPN is a youth crisis shelter that provides a safe and positive environment for youth ages 10-17. An HSW functions as a mentor/behavior technician who is responsible for the well-being of our clients. HSWs at VPN support youth through their crisis, provide for their needs, teach life skills, learn appropriate ways to have fun, and be a Role Model.

Compensation: $15.62 - $19.79 per hour (depending on experience)
Additional compensation available for Spanish speakers, after testing proficiency.
Essential Functions: (Performs all or some of the following)
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED and one (1) year post high school education in social work, psychology or a related field and one (1) year of general work experience, or an equivalent combination of related education and experience. Female applicants preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to drive center vehicles, as needed
Employment at Wasatch Behavioral Health is contingent upon successful completion of a drug screen, motor vehicle record review and criminal background check. After hire you must complete and receive a Criminal Background Clearance (BCI) from Utah State Office of Licensing. Upon receipt of a conditional offer of employment in the position, you must provide an official copy of licensure or certification.
