Digital Marketing Coordinator

Job Description: We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Digital Marketing Coordinator at SkinSculpt Med Spa, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to promote our services, engage our audience, and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms such as social media, email, and website to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
• Create engaging content including graphics, videos, and written copy for social media posts, blogs, email newsletters, and website updates.
• Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics and KPIs to track campaign performance, optimize strategies, and report on ROI.
• Manage social media accounts, respond to inquiries, engage with followers, and maintain a consistent brand voice and image.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives, promotions, and events.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to implement innovative marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with internal AND EXTERNAL teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives, promotions, and events.

Requirements:

• MUST have proven experience (2 years) in digital marketing, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or healthcare industry.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as social media management tools, email marketing platforms, Google Analytics, and content management systems (CMS).
• Strong creative skills with the ability to create compelling visual and written content.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and PPC advertising is a plus.
