Job Description

A fire protection engineering and construction company in Northern Virginia is seeking bright and energetic individuals for the following positions:

Fire Sprinkler Fitter Journeyman

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a fire sprinkler fitter
  • Journeyman certification (sprinkler fitter apprenticeship completion in DC/by DOES)
  • Ability to read complex building plans and install systems with minimal supervision
  • Strong work ethic
  • Eagerness to teach/lead by example and learn new skills/technologies
  • Excellent communication, team work, and time management skills
  • A valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record

Must have experience in

  • Steel cutting/threading/grooving
  • Commercial new construction
  • Commercial tenant improvements/remodels

Project Location

Washington DC, MD, VA
