Client Services Representative

Wasilla Veterinary Clinic of Wasilla, AK seeks an outgoing, mature professional who is dependable and reliable to support our veterinary team in the role of Client Service Representative.

Candiate must be passionate about client care and customer service.

This FT position requires flexibility in scheduling (applicants must be available between 6 : 15am-pm, Monday thru Friday) with rotational shifts on Saturdays from 7 : 30am-2 : 30pm.

Schedule offers approx. 40 hours per week. Possibility of 5 - 8 hr shifts or 4 -10hr shifts depending on clinic and candiate needs.

Applicants must demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and handle stressful situations while delivering excellent care to our clients.

Friendliness, eagerness to help and a strong sense of compassion for patient care is crucial for success in this position.

Physical requirements may include being able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs, kneeling, bending at the knee, and using a step ladder to stock inventory.

Reliability and denepnda

Client Service Representatives with 1 years of client service experience are desired, but we are able and willing to train an exceptional candidate without previous experience.
