We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. We are in wholesale business for smokeshop and convenience products. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and driving sales via phone and email. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and enjoy working in a fast-paced wholesale environment.

```Responsibilities:```
- Find and reach out to potential customers via phone or email and pitch products

- Cold calling customers
- Provide product information and close the deals
- Assist customers with purchases, including processing transactions
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals

```Skills:```
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone
- Proven sales experience

- Prior cold calling experience
- Ability to work well individually
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to provide exceptional service

Job Type: Full-time
