Senior Account Executive Key Responsibilities:
- Sales: Qualify, nurture, and convert inbound leads. Generate new sales opportunities through proactive outreach via cold calls, emails, and other channels to generate qualified meetings. Manage and develop your pipeline from cold calls through the closing process.
- Demos: Present dazzling product demos with prospective customers online and in person. Demonstrate value by understanding the world of ECE as a business.
- Product Knowledge: Quickly articulate the WatchMeGrow value proposition and tailor messaging to address the specific needs and challenges of potential customers.
- Qualification Calls: Conduct qualification calls to assess prospects' fit for WatchMeGrow, demonstrating a deep understanding of our primary personas' pain points. Ensure prospects have an incredible experience whether they become a customer or not.
- Market Research: Research accounts, identify key players, and network to generate interest.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the broader team on trade show and event strategy and marketing campaigns to maximize lead generation efforts.
- Skill Development: Develop strong sales skills and deepen product knowledge through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- Process Improvement: Contribute new ideas to enhance processes, leverage technology effectively, and drive operational efficiency. Manage a clean pipeline where all relevant information is up-to-date in Salesforce and other pipeline management tools
Qualifications, Skills, & Abilities
- 3 years of SaaS sales or related experience
- Experience working for or with ECE or child-centered brands as a Director or in a Corporate Support role is a plus, but not required
- Your emails are warm yet concise, your presentation skills are sharp
- Strong sense of accountability and a vulnerability to learn from mistakes
- Positive mindset with the ability to navigate change and quickly adapt, advanced prioritization skills
- Proactive and receptive to feedback, with a continuous improvement mindset
- Strong emotional intelligence, showing empathy for team and customers
- Proficiency with Salesforce Service Cloud Digital Engagement Einstein Bots
- Comfortable with sales/marketing/productivity tech stack (Confluence, Slack, Zoom, Ring Central, AI tools)
- Bachelor’s degree
- Up to 20% travel is required
Compensation
- Base Salary Commission
- This is a full-time, remote/hybrid position.
